Mary Ellen has 31 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant working in all settings – from acute care, ICU, and assisted-living facilities, to outpatient neurology and orthopedic clinics. Under the direction of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Mary Ellen has treated multiple clients with various diagnoses including joint replacements, spine surgeries, multi-trauma, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and all levels of brain injury. She incorporates stretching and conscious breathing in all of her sessions, especially since she knows as a certified Yoga teacher any level of yoga “practice” is beneficial.

Mary Ellen loves doing volunteer work with Horse’s Help, a therapeutic riding stable for all levels of physical and emotional disabilities, as well as with the Scottsdale Fire Department and their hands-only CPR and Home Safety programs.
She loves to hike, bike, do yoga, and read non-fiction.
